Spring Collection

Spring Collection

Put away all the grey and the white - here's the reason
Those boring cold colours, are just so last season
Backstage, underground and waiting to be seen
Are fashionable flowers on runways of green

Sashaying in breeze and shining in light
Parading their colours both subtle and bright
Designer displays of pure petaled perfection
Look, God is unveiling His new Spring Collection

Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. Matthew 6:29
I'm so happy I have found writers, like you, that remind me of the scriptures. It's been a while since I've been reminded of God's word. It's a good thing to read it again. Thanks

Seeing the flowers emerge after a long cold winter is like experiencing them for the very first time. Love it!

I love how you described flowers as though they were models strutting on the runway, showing off their beauty and colors. Quite a spring collection, all right!

Loved it! I felt the breeze on my face as I walked through a meadow full of bright, glorious God created flowers. The colors were bold and beautiful and in shame the sun hid it's face behind the clouds. Wonderful piece! Blessings.
